2) Description
This board shall oversee and manage the City's participation in the PARS 115 Trust and manage the investment of the POB proceeds held in the PARS 115 Trust on a fully discretionary basis. At the discretion of the Mayor and Council, assume and undertake such other tasks or duties as would facilitate the goals and objectives of the Commission.
